San Francisco, CA – August 14, 2015 – Boost Media today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Tim Krozek as Chief Executive Officer. Krozek previously held the position of chief revenue officer leading Boost’s global enterprise sales and marketing organization.

David Greenbaum, who co-founded the company in 2009 and has served as CEO since then, is moving on to pursue other entrepreneurial projects.

 

Since joining the company in 2013, Krozek has led the company’s global enterprise sales and marketing teams that drive all of Boost’s revenue. He has helped grow Boost’s customer base 5x and more than quadrupled total revenue in less than two years. Additionally, he has helped lead and execute many of the company’s strategy shifts and operations processes, including expanding internationally into the UK and scaling the business. As a member of the executive team that has led Boost Media’s transformation, Krozek has driven the success and innovation of Boost’s sales and marketing organizations, which impact the face of digital marketing every day.

He helped grow the original 15-person team to 220 employees and more than $40 million in revenue. Efficient Frontier would later be acquired by Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE). He also ran Support.com’s global sales and business development, program management, and client services. He later managed Flite.com’s revenue generation efforts for its brand, agency and publisher business.

 

Since 2009, when Greenbaum first co-founded the company, Boost grew to serve more than 150 enterprise customers and delivered $1 billion in optimized digital ads.
