This week the employee spotlight is on Jeff Perkins, Senior Product Manager.
Jeff joined the product team in October 2014 and is focused on improving design and user experience to ensure that the Boost Media product makes marketers’ jobs easier and more efficient. He’s most drawn to the ability to create and drive the vision of a product and ensure its success and functionality.

Jeff has 17 years of product management experience under his belt and has spent most of his career working at starts up, both big and small. Prior to Boost Media, Jeff worked with consumer Internet products, and for the last 7 years has been in the acquisition and optimization space. He has worked as a senior product manager for companies such as Esurance, Eventful and Rocket Lawyer.

As for the future of product development at Boost Media, Jeff sees nothing but endless opportunities. In the next 12 months, he is most excited to watch the product team continue to grow and to roll out a new platform and services.

In a past life, Jeff studied political science at the University of Arizona and had aspirations of one day becoming a lawyer. After an internship at the District Attorney’s office, however, he decided to pursue a more entrepreneurial career path as a product manager. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and four-month-old son Carter, playing guitar and attending concerts, and cooking as well as dining out.
