Today, we’re shining the Executive Spotlight on Jeff McCarthy, the Senior Vice President of Customer Success here at Boost. As SVP of Customer Success, Jeff is concentrated on building our business at scale and ensuring the success of our customers during this exciting period of rapid growth.
Prior to joining the team at Boost, Jeff was VP of Brand Services and Customer Success at MarkMonitor, a provider of online brand protection solutions that was acquired by Thomson Reuters. Before his time at MarkMonitor, Jeff was SVP of Client Services at Marketo, where he had responsibility for the full customer lifecycle — Onboarding, Education, Consulting, Support and Customer Success — and oversaw rapid growth in the customer base (250 to 1200 customers in the first two years). Jeff has also held senior leadership roles at Adobe Systems, Leverage Software, and Oblix (acquired by Oracle).
Jeff grew up in New England and lived in New York before moving to the Bay Area with his wife almost 20 years ago. He received his BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and earned his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. Outside of Boost, Jeff enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family. On weekends, he can usually be found watching his kids play soccer or refereeing games at a competitive level.
