The number one thing I was looking for in a job was a work environment in which I could thrive. I wanted to find a workplace where employees were encouraged to collaborate and work together toward a common goal. During my interview with the Boost marketing team, I could immediately tell that they all were incredibly smart and passionate about their work and had a genuine interest in getting to know me. I felt a connection from the get-go and knew that I had found the work environment I was looking for.
