Tim Krozek, CEO

Tim Krozek is the CEO of Boost Media (www.boostmedia.com), the world’s leading creative optimization platform.

Prior to Boost Media, Krozek was responsible for Efficient Frontier's global revenue and client acquisition efforts. He helped grow the original 15-person team to 220 employees and more than $40 million in revenue. Efficient Frontier would later be acquired by Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE). He also ran Support.com’s global sales and business development, program management, and client services. He later managed Flite.com's revenue generation efforts for its brand, agency and publisher business.

Tim is a true San Francisco Bay Area native. He attended UC Santa Barbara and focused on the field of Business Economics. Later, Tim earned his MBA at Cornell University.

Outside of Boost, Tim enjoys spending time with this family, hiking and running. He also enjoys photography.

Rob Lenderman, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer

Rob Lenderman is the Chief Operations Officer at Boost Media and co-founded the company in 2008. Rob oversees ongoing business operations within Boost Media.

After graduating college, Rob worked at a small consulting firm building special project requests for companies such as the United States Postal Service and the US Air Force. He would later move on to LendingTree.com, where he was one of the early employees architecting various parts of the companies software. Eventually, Rob would take his talents to Interval International, another IAC company. During his tenure there, he oversaw internal startup ventures and grew revenue from zero to profitable internal businesses. After IAC, Rob moved on to join the team at Clearwire, who would eventually be acquired y the Sprint Corporation (NYSE: S).

Rob is a Georgia native but currently makes his home in Seattle. He attended North Carolina State University where he has a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering.

When not working on Boost Media, Rob likes playing paintball, remodeling houses and building electric scooters from scratch.

Paul Bruso, Chief Financial Officer

Paul Bruso is the Chief Financial Officer at Boost Media. He is focused on developing a financial and operational strategy that supports company growth and long-term financial success.

Prior to Boost Media, Paul spent 6 years as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Support.com developing and implementing key strategic business initiatives and performance metrics. Additionally, Paul was responsible for financial planning and analysis at Niku, where he helped the company overcome the financial challenges of the early 2000s tech bubble. He was a key contributor in the re-emergence of Niku as a strong player in the project management software space. Niku was later acquired by CA Technologies.

Paul grew up in South Lake Tahoe and has called the Bay Area home for 15 years. He attended the University of San Diego and completed an undergraduate degree in Business. He later earned his MBA at the University of San Francisco.

Outside of the office, Paul enjoys playing basketball (he competed on both collegiate and professional teams), coaching sports, skiing, boating, and spending time with his wife and 3 boys.

Susan Ram, VP of Revenue

Susan Ram is the VP of Revenue for Boost Media. She oversees the Enterprise and Agency sales teams, as well as the Business Development team.

Prior to joining Boost Media, Susan built the Sales and Business Development organization at Goodlife Networks/Megacast. In addition to founding and managing several real estate investment companies, she led the Business Development team at Bay Area QRS Corporation (Inovis Corporation) and was Vice President of Sales at Bank of America. Susan spent more than four years living and working overseas in Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Although originally from New Hampshire, Susan has lived all over California, and currently splits her time between the Bay Area and San Diego. She attended Bucknell University where she studied Economics. Later, Susan earned her Master’s in Japanese from UC Santa Barbara and her MBA from UC Berkeley.

Outside of Boost, Susan spends time with her family, loves to travel, and enjoys all things “outdoors” - scuba diving, running, hiking, and camping.

John Whipple, Senior Product Manager

John Whipple is the Senior Product Manager at Boost Media. John is responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution of new features on the Boost platform.

John started his career in advertising at a boutique digital media agency managing accounts and vendor relationships, where he first encountered Boost Media. He decided to join the Boost team as one of the first employees after its initial funding in 2011, and spent time focusing on customer strategy, product development, and internal operations. He went on to work at Box (NYSE: BOX) as a product management lead, driving development of the web application before returning to Boost Media in his current role.

John hails from Tulsa, Oklahoma, but has called California home since 2006 and currently lives in San Francisco. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics, English Literature, and Philosophy from Stanford University.

Outside of the office, John enjoys playing golf, running long distance, and snowboarding.

Emily Speer, VP of Customer Success and Operations

Emily Speer is the VP of Customer Success and Operations at Boost Media. She is focused on scaling a great customer-centric team, creating the processes required for excellent communication and growth at Boost.

Before arriving at Boost, Emily was deeply embedded in Customer Success at another rapidly-growing startup, Sailthru. A New York City-based company, Sailthru moved Emily to San Francisco to grow their West Coast Customer Success presence. She excels at identifying opportunities for growth and creating meaningful change in an organization.

Emily considers herself a “New Yorker” after living in Manhattan for 11 years, even though she grew up in the wilds of northern Idaho near the Canadian border. She has a degree in Musical Theater from The New School University.

In her spare time, Emily trains for triathlons, enjoys indoor rock climbing, traveling, backpacking and keeping her voice well-tuned singing in San Francisco choirs.

Suzie Kronberger, VP of Sales Ops, Marketing and Sales Dev

Suzie Kronberger is the VP of Sales Ops, Marketing and Sales Dev at Boost Media. She is responsible for Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, Sales Development, Sales Effectiveness and Marketing

Suzie has over 15 years of experience as a management consultant and P&L owner. She started her career in management consulting at BearingPoint where she led the creation of the first web-based program management tool. After earning her MBA, she held general management positions at Kraft Foods and Groupe Danone managing businesses of $60M to $300M in revenue and launching over 20 new products. Suzie then transitioned from consumer products to the tech sector, joining Boost after two years at LinkedIn. She is also a Startup Mentor at the Orange Fab Startup Accelerator.

Suzie is from Ohio and attended the University of Michigan where she earned a BA in Political Science. She later earned her MBA at Cornell University.

Outside the office, Suzie enjoys diving, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
